About this resource

This interactive demo walks you through creating a Dynamic Remedy Certification in the admin panel. You'll learn how to select an existing Dynamic Certification, set a due date, define the Failures From and Failures To date range to capture learners who didn't complete the original, add a description and optional Grace Period, and save each step through reprocessing. Courses and Minimum Passing Grades from the original certification carry over automatically. Once a green status light appears, the Remedy Certification goes live only for the learners who need it.
