About this resource

This 12-step interactive demo walks admins through creating a trigger that automatically assigns a course when a defined event occurs. You'll navigate to Triggers under the Learn menu, add a new trigger, name it, choose the activating event (such as a new learner being added), then attach a course to the trigger. The trigger name is only visible to admins. Once saved, every learner who matches the trigger condition receives the course automatically. The demo reminds you to check the Enabled column in the trigger list before relying on it.
