This short interactive demo walks internal employees through sharing content inside a Digital Academy (LXP). It covers two steps: locating the share icon next to shareable content in the internal academy, and completing the share form by entering a message, selecting a recipient tab (clients or colleagues), entering an email address, and clicking Share. The demo ends with a confirmation that you are ready to share content with clients, members, and colleagues.

- The share icon appears beside shareable content when you are viewing your internal Digital Academy.
- Why can't I see the share icon?
- You may be in your external academy. Switch to your internal academy to see the share icon. If you still can't find it, contact your admin.
- Can I share content with both clients and colleagues?
- Yes. When sharing, select the relevant tab to send content to either clients or colleagues.
- What information do I need to complete the share process?
- Enter an optional message, select the clients or colleagues tab, enter the recipient's email address, then click Share.
