About this resource
This 5-step interactive demo shows admins how to monitor AI spending inside the platform. Starting from the left menu, you navigate to AI Usage Costs under Data and Extracts. Costs are grouped by month with the newest first, and each month lists the reasons AI was used. Expanding a reason reveals individual usage rows showing the AI model, the user, the date, token count, and cost. A Total line at the bottom of each month summarizes spending. After completing the demo, you will know where to find and read your AI usage and cost data.
