About this resource

This demo walks through two reporting panels to help you identify underperforming courses. The How good is the learning panel ranks courses top-down so the ones needing attention appear first. A Signal column flags each course as Low step grades, Completion lagging, Healthy, or Top performer. Low step grades mean learners are struggling with content; completion lagging means learners start but do not finish, suggesting issues with length, due dates, or reminders. The Where is the learning happening panel shows the share of learners across course categories, helping you see where learning time

Questions this resource answers

What does the Signal column show in the How good is the learning panel?
It labels each course as Low step grades, Completion lagging, Healthy, or Top performer so you know what to investigate.

Step grade is the average first-attempt score. Low step grades indicate learners are not getting answers right, suggesting the content may need review.

Completion lagging means learners have good grades but are not finishing. Consider reviewing course length, due dates, or reminders.
