About this resource
This demo walks you through reading a Goal report step by step. Each Goal points a bundle of courses at one business number. The report shows four levels: L1 did they like it, L2 did they learn it, L3 are they using it, and L4 did it move the business number. You'll see summary tiles for business impact, targets met, completion, and confidence, plus a plain-language 'What to do next' section. The goal owner records business results each period. The Plan and forecast tab compares last year, the plan, current status, versus plan, and projected direction.
