About this resource
This interactive demo walks you through the Learning Health dashboard step by step. First, you select a time window (last week through last year) that drives every number on the page. Headline cards show the metric value for that window plus the change from the prior period, tagged by family: Efficiency, Effectiveness, or Outcome. The Full scorecard lists every ISO/TS 30437 Table 2 metric in monthly columns. Each metric shows its clause number badge, a Range or Watch status, and a source badge indicating whether the number is Computed live, Entered manually, or Not yet measured.
Questions this resource answers
- Why does a monthly scorecard value differ from the headline card?
- The headline card counts each learner once across the entire selected window, while each monthly column counts only activity within that specific month.
- What does 'Not yet measured' mean on a metric?
- 'Not yet measured' means there is nothing to count yet in that window. It is never an estimate — for example, no learner has rated a course during that period.
- What do the Efficiency, Effectiveness, and Outcome families mean?
- Efficiency covers how much and how many. Effectiveness covers how good. Outcome covers what changed for the business.
- What does the source badge on a metric tell me?
- It tells you where the number comes from: Computed live means straight from platform activity; the other options are Entered manually or Not yet measured.
