About this resource
My Team relies on reporting lines to show managers their direct reports. Before rolling out My Team, ensure the platform knows who reports to whom—typically loaded via directory sync. If your organization doesn't use directory sync, an admin can manually set each person's manager in Enrollment. It's recommended to verify a few managers' reporting lines before announcing My Team. Without this data loaded, managers will see an empty team and Analytics Explorer won't return results.
