About this resource

This 8-step demo shows how to flag a course category as Leadership development or Compliance and ethics so that related metrics in Learning Health fill in automatically. You navigate to Learn > Courses, open a course, click Manage Categories, find the target category, and toggle the appropriate flag before saving. Leadership development feeds the ISO 6.31 metric tracking leaders who completed a course in a flagged category. Compliance and ethics feeds the ISO 6.25 metric. A leader is defined as anyone with direct reports. No metrics populate until at least one category is flagged.

Why does my Learning Health scorecard show 'Setup required' for leadership development?
No course category has been flagged as Leadership development yet. At least one category must be flagged before the metric populates.
Who counts as a leader for the leadership development metric?
Anyone with direct reports in your reporting structure is counted as a leader.
Can a course category have both the Leadership development and Compliance and ethics flags turned on?
Yes, a single category can have both flags enabled at the same time.
Where do I go to flag a course category?
Go to Learn > Courses, open any course in the target category, click Manage Categories, select the category, toggle the flag, and click Save Category.
