About this resource
This interactive demo walks you through every section of the Certifications Audit Report. You'll see how the report is organized by learner, with each section showing the learner's name, ID, course grades under High Level Course Data, and a step-by-step breakdown under Step Data. The demo explains step versions, how to toggle 'Report all step activity,' and how the Appendix details each step's type, questions, correct answers, and—for Polygraph steps—deviations. It covers how to review learner certification progress across any certification period.
Questions this resource answers
- What does the High Level Course Data section show?
- It lists all courses associated with the certification and the learner's grade in each course.
- What does 'Report all step activity' do?
- When checked, every play-through of each step appears in the list. When unchecked, only the entry with the highest grade is shown for each step.
- What are step versions in the Certifications Audit Report?
- Each time a step is edited and resaved, a new version is created. The report shows which version each learner completed, so you can confirm if they are up to date.
- What information does the Appendix contain?
- The Appendix lists each step's type, version, questions with correct answers highlighted in green, and—for Polygraph steps—the text body and deviations.
