About this resource
This 7-step interactive demo walks you through setting the visibility of a demo in your Digital Academy. Starting from the Academy Content section in the admin menu, you select a channel, choose a demo, and scroll to the Visibility setting on the Details tab. From there, you can toggle 'Show on public Digital Academy views' on or off to control whether the demo appears to internal users, external users, or both. Changes take effect only after saving. Note: these visibility options require Academy+.
