This 5-step demo shows LemonadeLXP admins how to change the email message staff send when sharing Digital Academy content. Starting from the admin left menu, you navigate to Configuration > Message Center, then edit the Email Share message body under the Academy section. You can use built-in variables like {{recipientName}} to dynamically insert the recipient's name, a personal note, and demo details. After editing, click Save. To revert to the default message, use the Load Example option.
