About this resource
Learning Health organizes training measurement around the four classic L and D evaluation levels, tagged L1 to L4 across the platform. L1 (Reaction) pulls from learner ratings and goal-owner satisfaction. L2 (Learning) is computed live from first-attempt scores on graded steps and appears as Step performance on the Overview. L3 (Application) always shows Not yet measured because the platform cannot observe on-the-job behavior. L4 (Impact) lives in Goals, where a goal owner records business outcomes each period using Record what happened. All four levels appear together in the Goal report with Prom
Questions this resource answers
- Why does L3 always show 'Not yet measured' in Learning Health?
- The platform cannot observe what happens on the job, so it displays Not yet measured rather than guess at application of learning.
- How is L2 (Learning) calculated in Learning Health?
- L2 is computed live from first-attempt scores on graded steps and appears as Step performance on the Overview.
- Where can I see all four evaluation levels together?
- The Goal report lists all four levels with both Promised and Actual values in one view.
- How does a goal owner record L4 business impact?
- The goal owner opens the goal and clicks 'Record what happened' each period. Until they do, L4 shows Not tracked.
