This 7-step interactive demo shows managers how to review an individual direct report's learning data using the Details view in My Team. Starting from your profile picture, you navigate to My Team, scroll to Results by direct report, and open Details for a specific person. There you can read summary cards covering engagement, accuracy, knowledge growth, and what stands out. Scrolling further reveals Assigned learning with certifications and due dates, plus Open learning courses the employee can take independently. The demo suggests using this view before a 1:1 meeting.

Questions this resource answers

Who can see the My Team workspace?
You only see My Team if people report to you.
What information appears in the Details summary cards?
The summary cards show engagement, accuracy, knowledge growth, and what stands out for that person.
What is the difference between Assigned learning and Open learning?
Assigned learning lists certifications with due dates. Open learning shows courses the employee can take on their own.
