About this resource

My Team is a manager view in LemonadeLXP that shows how your people are learning without requiring reports or spreadsheets. Use it before 1:1s, weekly check-ins, certification deadlines, or after new training launches. It offers team breakdowns rolled up by direct report, results by course to spot where learners struggle, and results by certification to track due dates. To access My Team, you must have direct reports and your institution must use the Active Directory synchronization integration. If it's missing, contact your LemonadeLXP administrator to verify AD sync and your reporting line.

Questions this resource answers

Why can't I see My Team in my profile menu?
My Team only appears if you have direct reports and your institution uses the Active Directory synchronization integration. Ask your LemonadeLXP administrator to confirm AD sync is on and your reporting line is set.
What is the difference between Team breakdown and Results by direct report?
Team breakdown rolls each direct report up with everyone below them so you can see which part of your team needs attention. Results by direct report shows one person at a time, with options to drill into a manager's team or view one person's learning details.
When should I use Results by certification?
Use Results by certification when tracking a deadline. It shows due dates and who has finished a certification, and it appears at the bottom of the My Team page.
How can I use My Team to prepare for a 1:1 meeting?
Before a 1:1, open My Team to see what the person worked on, their grades, and any courses they started but did not finish.
